At Donnington & Co, we believe in doing things properly.
Set within the Berkshire countryside, our estate is home to a 111-bedroom hotel and spa, an 18-hole golf course, and our signature restaurant, PRESS. Just across the greens sits The Post Barn, our dedicated venue for events and celebrations.
For us, hospitality isn't a script; it’s remembering a name, knowing how a guest takes their coffee, and making sure every conversation feels natural. We don’t go in for empty gestures; we go in for care, purpose, and doing the job right.
We’re looking for people who take that same pride in their work. In return, we provide the kind of environment where you can actually master your craft. From structured training to genuine career development, we ensure your growth is as well-thought-out as our service. If you believe that hospitality is about the "small things done well," you’ll fit right in.
