The Customer Service Representative will take ownership and responsibility for all customer contact relating to the provision of products, services and information. The role will play a key part in enhancing customer satisfaction and revenue growth by driving service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Dealing with a range of customer service queries by telephone, email and live chat accurately to enhance first point of contact resolution
- Assisting customers to troubleshoot their equipment if possible or requesting a service visit if necessary
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues relating to the supply of a service or products in a timely manner
- Work closely with Customer Management Team to escalate issues where required to remove blockages and ensure resolution
- Share best practice and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of our products and services through effective communication and collaboration with other stakeholders
