About P25
P25 is a new venture backed by an experienced founding team and EIS investors, building a network of premium padel centres across the UK. Our first site in Nottingham opens in October, and we plan to roll out 10 centers over the next five years.
Padel is the fastest-growing sport in the UK, and we're building the operating platform to lead it.
The Role
We're hiring an Assistant General Manager to support the launch and day-to-day operation of our flagship Nottingham centre.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious hospitality, leisure, fitness, or sports operator who is looking to progress into a General Manager role as we expand. You'll work closely with the General Manager and founding team, gaining hands-on experience across all aspects of the business, from operations and customer experience to commercial performance and team leadership.
You'll join 2-3 months before opening, giving you the opportunity to help shape the business from day one and play a key role in delivering a successful launch.
Progression Opportunity
This role has a clear development pathway into a General Manager position as P25 grows. We are looking for future leaders who want to build a career with us and take ownership of their own centre in the future.
