Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of new builds, including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Use appropriate cleaning tools and chemicals safely and effectively to remove dirt, dust, stains, and debris.
- Follow established health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and colleagues.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for quick resolution.
- Adhere to detailed cleaning schedules and checklists to ensure all areas are thoroughly serviced.
- Support team efforts during busy periods by assisting with additional cleaning tasks or special projects.
- PPE needed - hard hat, safety boots and high-vis
- CSCS card desirable
Qualifications
- Prior experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while following instructions carefully.
- Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to chemical use and equipment operation. Can provide training
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks efficiently within scheduled hours.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5.0 – 35.0 per week
