The Role: Customer Assistant
As a Customer Assistant, you’ll help create a warm, magical experience for families visiting our shops. You’ll provide friendly, helpful service, support purchases and keep the store beautifully presented throughout the day.
About LaplandUK
LaplandUK is one of the UK’s most famous immersive Christmas experiences, created by Hollywood set designers and West End theatre professionals. Tickets sell out within hours, and we welcome hundreds of thousands of guests each year — including celebrities and members of the Royal Family.
Families enjoy a 4.5-hour journey filled with storytelling, festive characters and stunning environments. Our themed retail shops are a big part of the experience — and that’s where you come in.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting families and offering helpful, attentive service
- Supporting purchases and answering customer questions
- Processing transactions quickly and accurately
- Restocking products and maintaining festive displays
- Keeping the shop clean, organised and safe
- Working closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
You’ll be a great fit if you are:

- A positive team player with good communication skills
- Happy working in a busy, festive environment
Retail or customer service experience is useful but not essential — full training is provided.
