Summary
We are seeking a passionate USA Camp Councillor to join our team at HYPE. In this role, you will be responsible for leading activities, coaching sports, and providing educational support to campers. Your contributions will play a vital role in creating a memorable camp experience.
Responsibilities
- Plan and lead various sports and recreational activities for campers.
- Provide instruction and coaching in specific sports or activities.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for all campers.
- Foster positive relationships with campers, encouraging teamwork and personal growth.
- Monitor camper behavior and provide guidance as needed.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding camper progress and activities.
Requirements
- Experience in sports coaching or youth education is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to engage effectively with children and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Passion for working with youth and promoting their development.
