Your Role
As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in creating a safe, happy, and supportive environment for residents and staff alike.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and supporting the care team during shifts
- Ensuring outstanding person centred care
- Administering and overseeing medication
- Supporting care planning and assessments
- Motivating and mentoring team members
- Helping residents live fulfilling and dignified lives every day
This is a hands on leadership role where compassion matters just as much as experience.
