Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30am – 4:30pm
Rate of Pay: £13.00 per hour

We are a well-established, family-run business specialising in high-quality printed workwear, uniforms, and promotional clothing. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hardworking Production Assistant to join our friendly team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment. Previous experience within the garment decoration or manufacturing industry is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
The Role
As a Heat Press Production Assistant, you will play an important role in our production team, helping to ensure customer orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate heat press machinery to apply printed designs to garments.
- Prepare garments for production and ensure jobs are completed accurately.
- Carry out quality control checks to ensure all finished products meet our high standards.
- Prepare, pack, and kit customer orders ready for dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company health and safety procedures.
- Support the wider production team with day-to-day production tasks as required.
