- Managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Performing general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, and filing
Qualifications
- Proven office experience or administrative background preferred
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams applications
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Good typing speed and accuracy for data entry tasks
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Previous clerical experience is desirable but not essential
