Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily travel services, holiday booking support, and customer service workflows
- Coordinate customer enquiries, booking updates, travel arrangements, and service requests
- Support travel consultants, administrative staff, and service teams
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, hotels, transport providers, and internal departments
- Monitor booking accuracy, customer feedback, service quality, and operational reports
- Prepare schedules, reports, service updates, and process improvement recommendations
- Ensure travel services follow company procedures, customer requirements, and service standards
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in travel services, holiday planning, tourism operations, booking coordination, hospitality, or customer service
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with travel systems, customer enquiries, suppliers, or booking platforms is an advantage

Education

Pay: £40,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
