Job description
To lead and manage a three placement children’s home consistent with the approach and ethos of the organisation, delivering outcomes and high-quality care as set out in the home’s statement of purpose.
Responsible for effective day to day running of the residential home. Responsible for delivery of all care services, as well as the strategic planning for developments within the home and all day-to-day management matters. Supporting, leading and managing a team of staff who will provide protection and support the children with their physical, psychological, emotional & social development.
General Duties: To work with a level of autonomy in working alongside the Registered Individual to provide successful outcomes. Someone who can manage and create successful relationships on all levels. More details provided on request.
Experience:
- 3 years’ Registered Manager experience working with children in the last 5 years.
- Evidence of a GOOD Ofsted rating.
- Working with children, young people and their families.
- Work in a residential setting.
Schedule
- 40 hours per week

Licence/Certification
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
- Children and Young People’s Workforce QCF Level 3 or 4 (required)
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (required)
