Broadacres Housing Association is seeking a highly skilled Gas Service Engineer to join our Property Services team in Northallerton. As a Gas Service Engineer, you will be responsible for conducting gas safety checks, servicing gas appliances, and ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities:
- Conducting annual gas safety checks in residential properties
- Servicing and maintaining gas heating systems
- Identifying and resolving gas-related issues in a timely manner
- Keeping accurate records of work completed
- Complying with all health and safety regulations
- Providing excellent customer service to customers
Requirements:
- Gas Safe registered
- Previous experience working as a Gas Service Engineer
- Strong knowledge of gas appliances and heating systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
