Overview:
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and support with the cleaning daily cleaning of a commercial building. As a cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the building every day, before the building opens. This is a crucial role in ensuring a clean and organised environment for all customers and visitors.
This position is for 1 hour 45 minutes per evening, Monday to Friday, with shifts running from 6:00pm to 7:45pm. There is some flexibility around the exact start and finish times.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming
- Clean and sanitise restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Empty bins and replace liners
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs
Experience:
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills
