**Retail Supervisor Wanted – Sommerville Feeds**
We are looking for an enthusiastic **Retail Supervisor** to join our busy **Pet & Country Store** team.
This role will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day management of the store and team.
**Hours:**
37 hours per week on a rota basis, including weekend working.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Supporting shop sales and delivering excellent customer service
Opening and closing store in managers absence
Running team of sales assistant
Encouraging the team to actively promote company values
Stock management, store presentation, and in-store promotions
Staff training and development
Assisting the Store Manager with the daily running of the shop
**Ideal Candidate:**
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Supervisor experience
Physically fit, as the role involves manual handling
Willing to work weekends
Equestrian and pet knowledge
Pay: £14.00-£14.25 per hour
