Job Title: Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker

8:00am – 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure our facilities, equipment, and buildings are maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and basic building repairs
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency issues
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain tools, equipment, and accurate maintenance records
- Assist with improvement projects and preventative maintenance programmes
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in a multi-skilled maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Ability to diagnose issues and carry out repairs independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good understanding of health and safety practices
- Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential)
Pay: £130.00 per day
