Full Job Description
Located in Sutton Coldfield, Walmley Dental Practice are seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team on a full-time basis. Our practice is committed to providing exceptional dental care, including services such as preventive care, periodontal treatments, and patient education.
As a Dental Hygienist with us, you will be responsible for conducting thorough dental cleanings, examining patients for signs of oral diseases, and providing personalized oral hygiene instructions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our dentists to develop treatment plans and assist in various dental procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Perform professional dental cleanings and scaling under the supervision of a dentist
- Conduct oral health assessments and review medical history with patients
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care practices
- Take dental x-rays and assist in other diagnostic procedures as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure excellent patient care
