Were looking for an experienced and enthusiastic People Advisor to join our People Operations Team and play a key role in supporting managers and leaders across the organisation.
What youll do
Youll provide professional, practical and solution-focused HR advice across a broad range of people matters, including:
- Attendance management and wellbeing support
- Disciplinary, grievance and capability cases
- Organisational change and TUPE transfers
- Workforce planning and talent development
- Job evaluation and pay consistency
- Policy development and service improvement
- Manager coaching, training and briefings
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives
Working closely with managers and senior leaders, youll help create positive employee experiences, build management capability and support the delivery of our People Plan.
About You
Youll be:
- A confident HR professional with employee relations experience
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledgeable in employment legislation and HR best practice
- A strong communicator who can influence and build relationships
- Organised, resilient and solutions-focused
- Passionate about inclusion, wellbeing and positive workplace culture
