Marketing Exec. - Digital
Location: Almondsbury, Bristol (BS32 4JW)
Pay: Up to £35,000
(Negotiable based on experience & enthusiasm!)
Hours: Full-Time, Mon–Fri 40 Hrs / week
(Plus seasonal Saturday morning rota - paid over-time)

We are looking for a high-energy marketer or digital marketing grad who takes pride in their work, loves people, thrives on variety and wants to be more than just a number in a large corporation.
The Role: You are the Heart of our Customers Journey
This isn't just brand colours and posting meams; as our inhouse marketing person, you’ll be responsible for:
- The First Impression: Make & deploy short & long form video via via FB, Insta, YT & TT.
- Ongoing Comms: Emails to prospect & customer lists.
- Business champion: Articulating the problem and the answer, why Bristol Caravans.
- Product champion: Communicating Problem, Features and Benefits.
- Digital Innovation: Bringing new ideas to improve our reach.
- Commercial awareness: Understand product & service margins, then promote.
Your end of week report to the Director will include a review of the previous weeks' actions, performance, and recommendations for:
- SEO
- Website
- Blogs
- Social media,
- Email
- Campaign performance
About You
You don’t necessarily need a wall full of qualifications but you must bring energy. We are looking for:
- "Safe Pair of Hands": You are organised, tidy and pay attention to the little details.
- A Great communicator: You can talk to anyone, write clear copy & engage.
- Enquiring mind: If you don't know you aren’t afraid to learn.
- Tech Savvy: From CapCut to Ai you can learn and apply the tools required.
- Local: You live within a 27-minute commute of BS32 4JW
- Mobile: You have your own transport - we are a beautiful rural site!

Basic salary up to: £35,000
