We are looking for reliable General Labourers to support our groundwork teams on sites across Sittingbourne. You will assist tradespeople across a variety of site tasks, keeping work areas safe and materials well stocked to support programme delivery.

Assisting tradespeople with material handling, site preparation and general maintenance tasks

Replenishing materials and maintaining clean, safe site conditions

Ensuring safe access routes are maintained at all times
-
Working safely around live services and following health & safety protocols
-
Carrying out daily pre-start safety checks on equipment
-
Reporting maintenance requirements to site management
-
CSCS Labourer card or GQA Labourer with relevant experience
-
Strong understanding of general labouring tasks on construction sites
-
Proactive with good time management skills
-
Reliable, punctual and able to work well with other trades

Right to work in the UK

CPCS / NPORS* Ride-On Roller

Safety Critical Medical

1–2+ years of construction labouring experience
- Please note: to comply with client requirements, we can only accept NPORS cards that are CSCS-affiliated and carry the CSCS hologram. If you do not currently meet this requirement, please still get in touch – we are happy to guide you through the transfer process.
