How You'll Help Us Make Health Happen
Reporting to the Admin & Patient Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration and patient journey within our outpatient clinics.
You'll:
Meet and greet patients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming service
Manage patient registrations and maintain accurate patient records
Book appointments, follow-up consultations, and diagnostic tests
Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Respond to patient enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Support clinic operations through effective administration and scheduling
Assist with obtaining and uploading patient results and documentation
Handle telephone enquiries and direct calls appropriately
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Contribute to delivering an outstanding patient experience aligned to Bupa values
Key Skills / Qualifications
Essential
Previous experience in a customer service, reception, administration, or patient-facing role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience handling confidential information
Competent IT and data entry skills
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends
Desirable
Experience working within a healthcare, hospital, or clinical environment
Knowledge of patient administration systems
Experience managing payments and financial transactions
Customer service-related qualifications or training
