WHO YOU ARE
- Naturally persuasive and commercially aware - you understand that a warm, knowledgeable conversation converts better than any ad
- Warm, polished and unflappable - you make every client feel like the only person in the room
- Impeccably presented with a confident telephone manner
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle schedules, queries and payments without missing a beat
- Passionate about skincare and aesthetics - you want to understand what we do, not just manage the diary
- Numerate, detail-orientated and trustworthy when handling daily financial reconciliations
- A strong communicator - Excellent command of the English language in person, on the phone and in writing
Desirable (not essential):
- Experience with Zenoti or similar clinic management software
- Previous role in a medical aesthetics or skin clinic
- Proven track record in high-end, client-facing environments - candidates from 5-star hotels, private members' clubs, luxury hospitality or premium private healthcare are particularly welcome

- Be the face of D.Thomas Clinic - the first impression and the lasting one
- Convert enquiries into booked consultations - you're the first point of contact and the first opportunity to make someone choose us
- Follow up on enquiries to ensure no lead goes cold
- Confidently recommend and sell skincare packages and retail products (full product training provided)
- Manage client bookings, therapist schedules and the clinic diary with precision
- Handle payments and daily financial reconciliations
- Maintain the clinic environment to an impeccable standard
- Manage stock accurately and efficiently
- Handle client feedback and enquiries with grace - turning every interaction into a five-star experience
- 4 day set work weeks to include some weekends, flexibility for holidays and sick cover

WHAT WE OFFER
- £28,000–£32,000 base salary depending on experience and position
- Performance-based commission (sales and conversions £1-5K pa)
- 4-day working week, 40 hours (set rota in advance and rolling for structure)
