Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sonographer to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality ultrasound examinations performing, early reassurance scan, gender scan from 15weeks ,3d/4d scan .
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process clearly and compassionately, ensuring their comfort throughout.
- Operate ultrasound equipment efficiently, adjusting settings as necessary for optimal imaging results.
- Analyse images for clarity and accuracy, ensuring they meet diagnostic requirements before submitting for review.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, including technical findings and observations.
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and calibrated in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated with advancements in ultrasound technology and techniques through ongoing professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Sonographer performing, 3d/4d scan ,gender scan from 15weeks.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, colleagues, and other medical staff.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for clear documentation and patient interaction.
- Strong IT skills to operate ultrasound machines, manage digital records, and utilise relevant software applications.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure while maintaining a compassionate approach towards patients.
