Oak & Honey is looking for an experienced Senior / Head Chef to join our growing team.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about food, a strong team player and a confident leader who enjoys working alongside their team and leading from the front.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has strong kitchen and leadership experience
- Takes pride in food quality and presentation
- Can motivate and develop a team
- Works calmly and professionally under pressure
- Is organised and understands kitchen standards, stock and food costs
- Brings creativity and ideas to the kitchen
- Leads the team rather than simply giving orders
