Overview
Thriplow Services Ltd is looking for a reliable and safety-conscious 7.5 Tonne Bowser Driver to support highways and infrastructure projects across the Bristol and South West region.
Requirements:
- Valid Category C1 (7.5 Tonne) driving licence
- Driver CPC qualification
- Blue CSCS Card
- Previous experience driving 7.5-tonne vehicles
- Strong understanding and commitment to health and safety standards
- Excellent communication skills with a professional approach
- Customer-focused attitude with the ability to represent the company positively
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 7.5-tonne split bowser carrying 2,500 litres of water and 900 litres of diesel.
- Deliver water and fuel to plant and equipment working on highways and civil engineering projects.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly.
- Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of fuel and water deliveries, vehicle inspections, and any required documentation.
- Comply with all road traffic legislation, health and safety requirements, and environmental standards.
- Communicate effectively with site teams, supervisors, and the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Represent Thriplow Services Ltd professionally at all times while working on customer sites.
Pay: £17.00-£19.00 per hour
