Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Traffic Management Operative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate traffic flow within designated zones to optimize safety and efficiency
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of traffic management equipment such as barriers, signage, and control devices
- Drive company vehicles or specialized traffic control vehicles to set up or adjust traffic management systems as needed
- Communicate clearly with team members, contractors, and visitors to provide instructions and updates regarding traffic procedures
- Monitor site conditions continuously, identify potential hazards, and implement corrective actions promptly
- Assist in the planning and execution of traffic management plans for special events or construction activities
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, incidents, and operational logs
Requirements
- Proven experience in management or supervision roles within traffic control, construction, or logistics environments
- Ability to perform maintenance tasks on traffic management equipment with attention to detail
- Valid driving license suitable for operating company vehicles or specialized traffic control vehicles
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with team members and external stakeholders
- Physical ability to stand, walk, or drive for extended periods during shifts
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to traffic management and site operations
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or overtime as required
- Tickets (Pay depending on experience & Qualifictions)
