The Crab & Lobster and Crab Manor Hotel is an award winning luxury hotel and restaurant set in tranquil gardens near Thirsk in North Yorkshire.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our friendly reception team at Crab Manor.
Duties involve welcoming guests and making sure they have a unforgettable experience during their stay, making bookings, checking guests in and out , cash handling and dealing with some administration. You will need to be proficient at working on computers and have administration and customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, however full training will be given.
There are excellent opportunities for progression and further development within the company, for enthusiastic and motivated individuals.
We have a part time position available working a minimum of 16 hours a week with a flexible rota to cover off days, busy periods and holidays. We are seeking individuals who are able to be flexible in the hours of work which will include weekends and evenings, as these are our busiest times
The hourly rate for this role is £13.00 per hour plus tips.
Due to our rural location you will need to have your own transport as public transport is not available.
