We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Litigator to join our legal team. The successful candidate will specialise in property disputes, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients involved in complex property litigation cases and is able to deal in court advocacy. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic legal environment, supporting various departments.
Experience required in:
- Section 42 Notices
- Terminal Dilapidations Claims
- Section 25 Lease Renewals
- Commercial Lease Disputes
- Breach of Lease Repair Obligations
- Non-payment of Rent
- Forfeiture
- CRAR (Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery)
- General experience of Commercial Leases
- On the Residential side, knowledge of the pending introduction of The Renter Rights Act 2026
- Ability to market and network for new work.
