About the Role
We are looking for a warm, professional and highly organised Front of House Receptionist to join our team every Saturday. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring every visitor receives a five-star experience in a calm, welcoming and discreet environment.
This role would suit someone with experience in luxury hospitality, private healthcare, premium retail or high-end customer service who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Deliver an outstanding luxury patient experience from arrival to departure.
- Manage appointment check-ins and assist with bookings.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate the daily patient flow with doctors and clinical staff.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare consultation rooms and reception areas to the highest standard.
- Offer refreshments and ensure the clinic always looks immaculate.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly, confident and exceptionally well-presented.
- Passionate about customer service and creating memorable experiences.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Calm under pressure and able to multitask.
- A confident communicator with excellent spoken and written English.
- Reliable, punctual and proactive.
- Comfortable working within a premium private healthcare environment.
- Experienced in reception, hospitality, concierge, private healthcare or luxury retail (preferred but not essential).
