Job Description:
We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (RGN/RMN) to lead and support our care team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Act in accordance with the NMC code of professional conduct.
· Coordinate care planning, implementation and service delivery.
· Deliver person-centred care and manage medication safely.
· Maintain accurate electronic care records.
· Lead, supervise and mentor care workers.
Requirements & Compliance:
· Registered with the NMC and hold a valid PIN.
· Nursing home experience: 3 years required.
· NMC registration number required.
· United Kingdom work authorisation required.
· This position is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and requires an Enhanced DBS check.
