About the Role
ABIN Property Technology and Building Services UK Ltd is looking for an organised, solutions-focused and client-oriented Client Implementation Specialist to support the successful onboarding and deployment of property-management and building-services technology for new and existing customers.
The successful candidate will work closely with property managers, facilities teams, residents, technical specialists and internal project staff to understand client requirements, configure systems, coordinate data migration and support users through implementation and go-live.
This role is suitable for an implementation, customer success or business-systems professional with practical experience delivering software or digital services to clients and who is ready to take greater ownership of onboarding projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client implementation projects from initial handover to go-live
- Coordinate onboarding plans, schedules and project milestones
- Conduct client discovery and requirements-gathering sessions
- Document operational, system and reporting requirements
- Understand existing property-management and building-service processes
- Translate client needs into practical system configurations
- Configure user accounts, permissions and organisational structures
- Set up properties, buildings, units and resident records
- Configure service-request and maintenance workflows
- Support the setup of contractor and supplier information
- Coordinate data collection from client systems and spreadsheets
- Review source data for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Prepare data for migration into new platforms
- Support data cleansing and validation activities
- Coordinate system imports and migration checks
- Verify that migrated information has been transferred correctly
- Configure dashboards, notifications and standard reports
- Support integration of property, finance and communication systems
- Coordinate technical requirements with developers and support teams
- Prepare implementation documentation and configuration records
- Maintain project trackers, actions and issue logs
- Identify implementation risks and potential delays
- Escalate technical or operational issues when required
- Organise regular client progress meetings
- Provide clear updates on milestones and outstanding actions
- Coordinate user-acceptance testing
- Develop test scenarios based on client workflows
- Record defects and configuration-change requests
- Track resolutions through to completion
- Prepare users for system launch
- Deliver remote and in-person system-training sessions
- Create user guides, quick-reference materials and onboarding resources
- Support administrators with system configuration and daily tasks
- Provide assistance during initial go-live periods
- Monitor early adoption and user activity
- Gather client feedback following implementation
- Coordinate post-launch reviews and improvement actions
- Support transition from implementation to ongoing customer support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and project-management systems
- Work with account teams to identify additional client requirements
- Support renewals, upgrades and expansion projects
- Contribute to standard implementation templates and processes
- Recommend improvements to onboarding efficiency
- Manage several client implementations simultaneously
- Ensure customer and property data is handled securely
- Support compliance with data-protection requirements
- Contribute to a consistent and professional client experience
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Information Systems, Property Management, Technology or a related subject
- At least two years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, business systems or client services
- Experience managing client-facing projects or onboarding activities
- Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills
- Ability to understand business processes and system workflows
- Experience configuring software or cloud-based applications
- Familiarity with data migration or system setup
- Ability to review and validate structured data
- Experience supporting user-acceptance testing
- Confidence delivering software demonstrations and training
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent client-service and stakeholder-management abilities
- Strong organisational and project-coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidence working with spreadsheets and structured information
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint

- Experience with property-management or facilities-management software

- Experience supporting API or third-party system integrations

Pay: £29,000.00-£41,000.00 per year
