ARP Energy Services Ltd installs insulation to residential and commercial properties across the UK. Established in 2016, our directors bring over 25 years’ combined experience delivering energy efficiency projects of all sizes.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our team and support the delivery of projects from start to finish.
About the Role This is a fast-paced role which requires a confident individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. You will play a key role in supporting the full lifecycle of our projects, helping to ensure installations run smoothly, documentation is accurate, and compliance requirements are met.
The role will involve varied responsibilities such as:
- Updating internal and client case management systems Maintaining and updating Excel tracker spreadsheets
- Scanning, organising and filing documents Using Adobe to create and edit documentation
- Managing files and folders on SharePoint Responding to emails and messages via WhatsApp, Teams and Outlook
- Engaging with residents to help book surveys and installations You will also be responsible for preparing job packs, tracking project progress, and chasing missing information from installation teams to ensure all work is completed accurately and on time.
- Training, plus a laptop and other equipment, will be provided
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organise documents and job packs ahead of installations
- Monitor and update project trackers and schedules daily via Excel Collect, check and upload installation paperwork and photos
- Ensure all records are complete, accurate and audit-ready Liaise with installers, project managers and internal teams
- Chase outstanding documentation and resolve issues promptly Save and move files in SharePoint
- Provide general administrative support across the office
About You Essential Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail
- Able to prioritise workload and work at pace in a busy environment Confident communicator with professional written and verbal skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task effectively Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
- Able to use initiative and work independently within a small team
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in an administrative or project support role
- Experience within construction, energy, or compliance-based industries
Location Blue House Farm, Brentwood Road, West Horndon, Brentwood, CM13 3LX (Work is primarily office based, but some home working may be available following successful completion of probation).
Hours Full time – 35 hours per week. Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break).
Salary We can offer a competitive salary of £24,000 - £30,000 - final salary to be determined on experience and skill set.
