Production Operative – Food Manufacturing (Cheese Production)
Location: Whitchurch
Hours: 48 hours per week (Monday to Thursday)
Shift Pattern: 12 hour shifts with a 1-hour paid break each day

Nantwich Cheese Company is a well-established food manufacturer known for producing high-quality cheese products. We are looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join our growing team and support our continued success.
Role Overview
As a Production Operative, you will support line leaders and production management in the day-to-day running of our manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist in packing cheese and other food products
- Operate machinery and equipment as required
- Carry out cleaning duties across the production area
- Help maximise production efficiency
- Minimise waste and production costs
Quality, Food Safety & Hygiene
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at all times
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene
- Comply with all company food safety and hygiene procedures
- Monitor and record quality checks where required
Health & Safety
- Work safely and follow all health and safety procedures
- Be mindful of your own safety and that of your colleagues

- Previous factory or food production experience is desirable but not essential
