Job Summary
We’re looking for an organised, reliable and digitally confident individual to join our growing team as a Digital Content & Website Administrator.
This is a varied role combining website administration, content management, data accuracy and basic video editing. A large part of your day will involve reviewing and maintaining information across our online platforms, so attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently are essential.
You’ll also assist our wider content team with basic video editing and preparation of digital content when required.
You don’t need years of experience or formal qualifications. We’re much more interested in finding someone who is organised, dependable, comfortable using computers and willing to learn. Full training on our systems and processes will be provided.
Duties:
- Reviewing and maintaining information across our websites and internal systems
- Checking online content daily to ensure information is accurate and up to date
- Adding, updating and removing online listings/content when required
- Identifying missing, incorrect or outdated information and correcting it
- Uploading and managing images and other digital assets
- Carrying out daily quality-control checks
- Keeping accurate internal records of completed checks and outstanding issues
- Basic video editing and preparing videos for online/social media use
- Assisting the content team with digital content when required
- General website and digital administration
- Reporting technical issues or discrepancies to the relevant team member
- Working to a structured daily workflow to ensure tasks are completed consistently

- Are comfortable learning new websites, software and online systems
- Have basic video editing skills or an interest in learning
- Have a good understanding of social media and digital content
- Are reliable, punctual and consistent
- Aren’t afraid to flag something when it doesn’t look right

Previous experience in website administration, content management, data entry, social media or video editing would be beneficial, but isn’t essential. Training will be provided.
Pay: £10.85-£12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
