The Role
As a Trainee Sales & Marketing Assistant, you'll become an important part of our events team, representing clients directly with customers at a range of promotional events throughout the region.
Every day brings something different, giving you the opportunity to develop valuable communication, sales, customer service and leadership skills while working in a supportive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Representing well-known brands at promotional events and campaigns
- Speaking with customers face-to-face in a professional and engaging manner
- Demonstrating products and services
- Building positive customer relationships
- Answering customer questions and providing accurate information
- Delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Working towards individual and team performance objectives
- Learning sales, marketing and customer acquisition techniques
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve campaign success
- Receiving ongoing coaching and mentoring from experienced managers
