Responsibilities:
To support the UK Intermediary Sales Team in servicing existing and prospective client relationships
Respond to external client queries seeking data, excel templates, fund information and due diligence reports
Interaction with various groups across the firm including sales management, investment teams, legal, compliance and operations to meet sales team and clients needs
Assist in the coordination of face-to-face meetings (or calls) with internal stakeholders and external clients; preparation of key information and action points/ next steps list; event follow ups
Maintain client records, sales pipeline, marketing distribution lists, client mapping and sales reports via Client Relationship System (Salesforce)
Produce and update sales reports, market intelligence and trend analysis to help deliver updates and presentations on sale progress and targets to out internal stakeholders
Ensure Sales Support guide best practices are adhered to and contribute to sales support team development, initiatives and strategy
Any other ad hoc tasks
What we’re looking for:
Strong academic credentials
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Fluency in English
Strong team player, ability to collaborate with colleagues across the team, MSIM and the broader organization
Good understanding and interest in the investment management industry across different asset classes
Outstanding commercial acumen and high degree of attention to detail
Track-record of being proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
Certified Persons Regulatory Requirements:
This role is deemed as a Certified role and may require the role holder to hold mandatory regulatory qualifications or the minimum qualifications to meet internal company benchmarks.
