Are you a Chef de Partie looking for a Monday-to-Friday role with mainly daytime hours?
We are working with a boutique and bespoke contract caterer who has recently mobilised a brand-new site. With new kitchens, a fantastic working environment and an exciting operation, this is a great opportunity to join a growing business where quality and service are at the heart of what they do.
The Role
As a Chef de Partie within the hospitality kitchen, you will be working across a varied operation, from sandwich buffets and working lunches through to fine dining and larger-scale corporate events.
No two days will necessarily be the same, and you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills across a range of hospitality and event catering.
The role is Monday to Friday, predominantly daytime hours, with some flexibility required to work evenings when larger events demand it.
About You
We are ideally looking for a Chef de Partie with experience gained within:

A fine dining restaurant
-
A 5-star hotel
-
A high-end corporate hospitality environment
-
A similar premium contract catering or events operation
You will have a genuine passion for quality food, excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards whether you're preparing a working lunch for a small meeting or delivering food for a large-scale corporate event.
