Admin/Accounts Assistant (flexible hours considered)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Finance Assistant with Xero experience to join our finance team.
Due to our continued expansion and strive for excellence we now have an exciting new vacancy for a full time (part time considered) Admin/Accounts assistant to join our busy team.
Previous experience of accounting/admin procedures and systems would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Process sales and purchase invoices.
- Reconcile bank, credit card, and supplier accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare VAT returns and support statutory reporting requirements.
- Prepare financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.
- Liaise with accountants, suppliers, and customers as required.
Key Requirements
- Previous bookkeeping or accounting experience.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial procedures.
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
