The Queens head, The Loft & Ciros
This role is incredibly varied and offers true variety to your working week, we are looking for a dynamic assistant manager to lead the team across three very busy and very different venues
The Queens - a busy and lively pub, getting to know the regulars and delivering that personal touch.
The Loft - Late bar, showing live sport and building the atmosphere ahead of a night out
Ciros - night club, where the party is at till 4am.
From pulling pints at 3pm on the queens bar, pouring rounds of Jaeger at 11pm at the loft to being on the door of Ciros at 2am. This role will cover all of these and more!
Strong experience in at least 1 of these areas is a must.
Key requirements
- Able and willing to work most weekends often till 4/5am
- confident in leading a team
-Very hands on willing to get behind the bar and help out when the team needs them
- Demonstrates and leads when it comes to standards and procedures
