We are launching a brand-new, modern showroom in Bilston as the first phase of an aggressive regional expansion across the West Midlands. To celebrate this launch, we are looking for an experienced, high-performing Senior Sales Advisor who knows the industry inside out and wants to be financially and professionally rewarded for their direct results
The Role
If you are currently working for a major national mobility retailer, you know the products and you know how to close a sale—but you are likely tired of capped bonuses, rigid corporate red tape, and a lack of real upward mobility.
In this role, you will be our product expert on the shop floor. You will guide clients and their families through a compassionate, consultative sales process to find the perfect scooters, powerchairs, and living aids. Because the business owners run other ventures, you will enjoy a high level of daily autonomy, working in a clean, modern, independent environment where your voice is actually heard.

Key Responsibilities:
Consultative Excellence: Provide a patient, empathetic, and premium sales experience to elderly and less-mobile clients, ensuring their needs are met with dignity and care.
Product Showcasing: Confidently demonstrate technical features, battery ranges, and folding mechanisms of our premium product line on our dedicated showroom display plinths.
Lead the Floor: Maintain immaculate showroom presentation, manage day-to-day stock levels, and ensure a flawless customer journey from greeting to delivery.
Uncapped Earning: Take full advantage of an independent, uncapped commission structure where you are directly rewarded for every single major asset (scooters/chairs) you sell.
The Ideal Candidate (Targeting Experienced Professionals)
Mobility Retail Experience Required: Minimum of 1–2 years of experience working directly within a specialized UK mobility showroom environment (experience at a national brand like CareCo, Ableworld, or a large independent group is highly desirable).
Deep Product Knowledge: Already possesses a strong baseline understanding of Class 2 and Class 3 scooters, boot-scooters, lithium vs. lead-acid tech, and powerchair configurations.
Ambition to Rise: A high-performer who is motivated by an individual reward structure and wants to secure a foundational role in an expanding business with clear promotion pathways.
