Overview
We are seeking hard working Seasonal Kitchen Assistants for our very popular on-site takeaway 'The Lodge' here at Wooda - our award winning 5 star, family-run, holiday park.
This is a fast-paced role in a busy kitchen environment and would suit somebody who can work well under pressure.
The Lodge is open Thursday - Monday and shifts will usually start at 4 or 4.30pm and finish at around 9 or 10pm depending on trade.
Some breakfast shifts may also be available in the peak season.
Due to the nature of the role and shift times, the successful candidate will need to be of at least school leaver age.
- Contract length: Mid June - Mid September
- Contracted days: 1 to 5 days (dependant on trade.)
Job role
As one of our Kitchen Assistants for the season you will work hard behind the scenes supporting with a variety of kitchen operations, from food prep, order management to cleaning down.
Requirements
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and possibly some breakfast shifts
- Ability to work at pace and under pressure
- Hardworking, resilient and efficient
- Reliable
- No experience necessary, full training will be provided
