Role: Office Administrator
Reports to: Operations Manager

A clear statement that describes the overall objectives of the job: -
To help support the office and the Operations Manager with tasks throughout the year, in a timely manner to ensure all appropriate deadlines are met and the office and events run efficiently.
Main duties and responsibilities of this role: -
· Member support by handling telephone and email queries as part of the Head Office support team.
· Ground support – event/fixtures, scores and general queries
· Regional/County support
· Scores and fixtures
· Ordering supplies for the Office.
· Preparing board room for meetings and any lunches that are needed.
· Member support by handling telephone and email queries as part of the Head Office support team.
· Opening post and disperse to relevant people.
· Dealing with marksmanship badge orders.
· Deal with membership queries and applications.
· Provide support as necessary and appropriate to other staff and functions of the CPSA in relation to its role as a National Governing Body.
Your experience will include:
· Experience of clay pigeon shooting would be an advantage but is not essential.
· Extremely well-organised with the ability to multi-task – you’ll need to be able to juggle many projects or tasks at once.
· Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc).
· Being creative in problem solving situations.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications & Experience
· Minimum GCSE standard education, diploma qualification or above preferred (level CIM/IDM).
· Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
· Full driving licence required.

Job Type: Part Time (3 days a week approx. 23 hrs)
Pay: £15,500-£16,200 pa
