Senior Administrator - NEL Service
Office based in Central Croydon
- Full Time: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday working 2 Saturdays out of the month
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Administrator to join our dynamic team within the NHS. This role will involve managing a team of administrators, ensuring efficient operations supporting the enhancement and improvement of our services and providing support to the Service Lead/Head of Administration as required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the administrative team, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Coordinate and support administrative processes, including document management, data entry, and reporting.
- Analyze administrative systems and identify areas for improvement, implementing effective solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Support the development and implementation of new initiatives and projects to improve service delivery.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role within a complex organization, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
