In a stunning two-floor building in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the restaurant offers a globally-inspired menu of Gordon Ramsay classic dishes, from traditional fish and chips to our classic beef Wellington. We also have an exciting array of exclusive Stratford specials, including the steak and ale pie.
We are looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join the team at our Bread Street Kitchen in Stratford.
To be a successful Bar Manager you will:

Have previous management experience in a quality high volume bar environment

Have a real flair and passion for service and working with quality products and interesting drinks menus

Full running of the Bar and a passion and knowledge of cocktails and wine
-
A solid understanding of stock control and ordering systems
-
Lead the team by example; adopting a hands-on approach, can do, nothing is too much approach

Ensure all guests receive the highest levels of service at all times of the day

Attentive and proactive with the ability to respond quickly to needs of the guests

Be a clear and concise communicator

Have the ability to multi-task effectively
