About the Role:
We are recruiting Mobile Hose Technicians to join a leading supplier of hydraulic and industrial hoses. You’ll provide essential on-site hose replacement services across local and national contracts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, building customer relationships, and earning based on performance.
What You’ll Do:
Provide first-class on-site hydraulic hose services, including a breakdown/out-of-hours service.
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Develop the mobile business, exceeding turnover and margin targets for your area.
Maintain all stock on your service vehicle.
Undertake risk assessments before commencing work and adhere to site health & safety regulations.
Participate in an on-call rota, including potential night and weekend work (with paid overtime).
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in hydraulic or hose assembly/fitting, or as a plant fitter with good hydraulic knowledge would be an advantage. Alternatively the background / ability to learn.
Full UK driving license.
Ability to work independently and build a customer base.
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: £32,000 – £35,000 basic (Achievable OTE £60k)
