Baylis Westgate is looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join our growing aftersales team. As an extension of the already established and successful Baylis Group, our brand-new Gloucester site will represent Mitsubishi, Leapmotor, and a range of quality used vehicles.
You'll carry out servicing, repairs, maintenance and diagnostics while delivering high standards of workmanship and customer care. This is an exciting opportunity to join a new site while being supported by the experience, reputation and stability of an established motor group.

The Role
As a Vehicle Technician, you will:
- Diagnose, service and repair customer vehicles.
- Carry out routine maintenance and vehicle health checks.
- Complete customer video health checks.
- Identify and advise on any additional work required.
- Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and company standards.
- Keep up to date with the latest vehicle technology through ongoing manufacturer training.
- Maintain a safe, organised and productive working environment.
About You
You will:
- Have at least 3 years' experience working on light vehicles.
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence.
- Have strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Be organised, reliable and detail-focused.
- Enjoy working as part of a team.
- Take pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
- Alternate Saturdays: 8:30am – 12:30pm
