Front of House Staff
Alfredo’s Restaurant is looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House Staff to join our team.
We’re looking for people who enjoy working with customers, have a positive attitude and can provide excellent service in a busy restaurant environment.
The Role
As a member of our FOH team, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests from the moment they arrive until they leave.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming and seating customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Providing attentive and friendly table service
- Communicating effectively with the kitchen and bar teams
- Serving food and drinks to a high standard
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally
- Keeping tables, the restaurant and service areas clean and organised
- Processing payments and handling cash/card transactions
- Following food hygiene, health & safety and company procedures
- Working as part of a team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- Friendly, approachable and confident personality
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to remain calm and professional during busy services
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential — full training will be provided
