We are seeking an exceptional organisational development leader to shape culture, capability and performance across a fast‑paced, transforming environment. As Head of Organisational Development and Change, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering the strategies, systems and experiences that help our people thrive through change.
This is a senior, high‑impact role for someone who brings creativity, pace and deep OD expertise - someone who can partner confidently with senior leaders, design meaningful development experiences and introduce modern digital approaches to learning and organisational insight.
Key responsibilities:
- Organisation‑wide leadership and staff development strategy and delivery
- Culture change, engagement and performance initiatives that strengthen how people work and feel
- OD frameworks that support recognition, behavioural change and organisational effectiveness
- Senior stakeholder engagement, coaching and influence
- Future‑focused digital enablement - including LMS implementation, automation and AI‑supported learning and insight
- Creative problem‑solving and continuous improvement across people processes
What you’ll bring:
- Experience operating in fast‑paced, transformation‑heavy environments
- Strong background in leadership development, learning design and facilitation
- Credibility and confidence working with senior leaders and complex stakeholder groups

- Digital capability - ideally with LMS, automation or AI‑enhanced learning systems
- A collaborative, energetic leadership style that engages and inspires
- Flexibility, creativity and a solutions‑focused mindset
Who you are:
You’re an experienced people leader who blends strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You’re energised by transformation and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
