Yorkshire Green Heating is a growing Doncaster business with 700+ online reviews. We install bathrooms across Doncaster and South Yorkshire, and we're building a bench of experienced bathroom plumbers to take our overflow.
This is diary top-up for someone who's had enough of the admin. You love doing the plumbing. You take pride in the finish. But you're sick of chasing customers, doing your own quotes, running the marketing, all the bits and bobs that come with running your own book. That's what we do in-house. You just do the work and get paid.
The work
Domestic bathroom installs — full rip-outs and refits, wet rooms, cylinder / boiler wet-side (no gas needed).
You're not tiling — unless you're exceptional at it. We've got a dedicated tiler on the bench. If tiling is a real strength for you and the work speaks for itself, tell us and we may use you for both. If not, no problem — you do the plumbing, hand over to the tiler, we handle sign-off.
Who we want
Ten years minimum, ideally more. Pride in the finish — pipework tidy because it's the right way, not because someone's checking. Direct communicator. Comfortable on a phone and an app.
Pay
- £350/day — the standard rate for solid, tidy work.
- £400/day — the top end. Exceptional work only. We'll assess your standard after your first job with us: if it's there, you get it. If not, we'll settle on the right rate for what we've seen.
- Fixed-price jobs, paid on completion.
How we run
Everything runs through one app — brief in, photos as you go, sign off clean. It isn't optional. That's how the whole business stays joined up and the customer gets looked after.
Who this isn't for
Not a career-changer looking for a full-time home. Not a lad two years in.
