Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer – Join Our Growing Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and reliable Air Conditioning Service & Maintenance Engineer to join our friendly, enthusiastic, and growing team.
We’re looking for a motivated and experienced engineer who takes pride in fault-finding, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning and refrigeration systems. You’ll be confident working independently, and building strong relationships with clients while being fully supported by our office and management team.
Due to our nationwide client base, the role will involve regular travel and occasional working away from home.
We are seeking an experienced Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Service Engineer based around Milton Keynes, Northampton or surrounding areas to cover customer sites across the Midlands, London and the South of England.

What We’re Looking ForMinimum Requirements
- City & Guilds 2079 (F-Gas)
- NVQ Level 2 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel and work away when required
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- Professional, organised, and customer-focused with a positive mindset
Desirable Extras
- NVQ Level 3 in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- IPAF, PASMA, First Aid
- Experience with chillers, cellar coolers, and cold rooms
You should have strong hands-on experience in servicing, fault-finding, diagnostics, and repair of a range of air conditioning systems, including split systems and VRV/VRF. The ability to manage your own workload and represent the company professionally on site is essential.
The Role
- Full-time, permanent position
- Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) of air conditioning & refrigeration systems
- Reactive service calls and fault diagnosis
- Breakdown repairs and remedial works
- Accurate reporting, job sheets, and client communication
- Nationwide travel and occasional working away
- Company vehicle provided
- Excellent salary and overtime rates (dependent on experience)

Pay: £25,000.00-£47,000.00 per year
