Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal applicant will be proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, with a keen eye for detail and strong communication abilities.
Responsibilities
- Speak to clients with warmth, professionalism, and empathy
- Handle calls, emails, and appointment bookings efficiently
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times
- Manage client records and payments with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support the clinical team by ensuring smooth daily operations
- Offer advice, reassurance and compassion to worried pet owner
Requirements
- Proven office experience or administrative experience is preferred
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and professional communication skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to work tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A friendly, calm, and confident communicator
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple tasks at once
- A genuine love of animals and people

36 Hours Per Week | Monday - Wednesday or Thursday - Saturday | 7:00am - 7:00pm
Pay: £25,500.00 per year
